Pin-tucks are a versatile textile detail that can be used in a variety of ways to add structure to a garment. They are created by folding the fabric and sewing just 1-2 mm from the folded edge. When the fabric is stretched, there will be a small scratch on the surface of the garment. They are often used in multiple rows and with different widths to achieve different directional effects.
